Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credit goes back to your balance automatically.

One-time packs (Starter)

• Refundable within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 10 credits from the pack have been used.
• A refund removes the pack's remaining credits from your balance.
• One refund per account.

Monthly plan

• Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal.
• The current subscription charge (your first payment or a renewal) is refundable within 48 hours, only if no credits were used in that period.
• Charges for earlier periods are not refundable.
